Vietnamese sculptor Tan Nguyen Cuong and technichian Mark Stuthiet (volunteer from Biesieker) cut large frets with the 36" stone saw and cleave blocks up to 300lb from Cuong's stone.
Another sunny Alberta day, so far only a short cloud burst yesterday that shut us down for a couple of hours. Volunteers from the Sculptors Association of Alberta are assembling the rain covers so that we are ready for the inevitable.
