"Movement in Space"
Peerapong's finished sculpture. There were a couple of worriesome minutes the first time we tried to place the sculpture on the column but that was easily worked out when we discovered that the stainless pin that it sits over was longer than the depth of the hole in the bottom of the sculpture. That was easily rectified with an angle grinder and it went together just like they were made for each other.



Movement in space is being hoisted by the crane onto the base. The base is a 2.7 meter column of granite and the figure is 2.4 meters of sandstone. All together it stands more than 15 feet!
